Tipping: World-Wide it's customary to tip the mate if one is used or the captain
if a mate is not used. The customary tip is 10% - 20% of the charter rate for
good service & effort, just like a server in a restaurant. Remember that the
Captain & mates work day is about 2 hours longer than the trip.
